Do Alkaline foods Kill Cancer ?

NO, They can empower a detoxed Body and create an environment that Cancer and other diseases can not flourish in!

How do I alkalize my body?

One should become a Raw Food Vegan (fruits and vegetables – F&V) is without dispute. I was a vegan for two years and frankly my body was in the best condition of my life. But being a retired award winning Gourmet Executive Chef, I confess I LOVE all Foods. I succumb easily from Haute Cuisine to the aroma of grilled BBQ meats, the succulent and tantalizing taste of sautéed meats, the wonderful lingering smell of a nice pot roast or juicy ox tails. Now, two things I don’t eat these foods regular, I drink a homemade herbal tea blend daily, I eat lots of dark green veggies and I don’t eat any white food products. Oh, I also stretch 5x weekly and I have consistent pH 6.5 – 7.5.

PH Range and Significance:

7.5 cancer can not thrive long term

7.0 to 7.5+ is very healthy

6.5 to 7.0 good health range

6.0 to 6.5 could develop disease

4.5 to 5.5 disease may be present

You alkalize your body by Detox, Detox, Detox, then to modify or change your diet. Realize that an alkaline diet of fruits and vegetables – (F&V) is optimum for safeguarding and protecting your internal body. In my book I give three simple n cheap Detox methods. The following is part of my extreme quick recovery method. Do this if you are in need, then eat to live not live to eat. A clean colon means a better functioning liver and other internal processing organs. Extreme – Drink 8oz of Magnesium Citrate at night and stay close to toilet next day. This ensures 2-3 good bowel movements for 24 hours with absolutely no dependency. Then take 2 capsules Cascara Sagrada nightly for 6 days. Simple and Cheap!

Why Fruits and Veggies? With the RIGHT Fruits and Veggies, you create an alkaline body chemistry we need to help rid and keep diseases out! Thank you for the info. I have been working so hard on trying to figure out the best way to have a healthy diet. I have looked at so many "cleansing" methods that I was about to pull my hair out. Little did I know that the vegetable aisle at the grocery store was the answer(more or less). After reading your simple steps I think I may be headed in the right direction. Thank you.

I am so glad Pineapple was on the list of good fruits to eat, I am a pineapple nut. I don't know about anyone else but I feel that during the summer I have a much healthier diet probably because I eat alot more fruits and vegetables, obviously because their more abundant. It is during the winter months that I tend to fall back on the "garbage" foods. I think now after your post to make sure to work harder on eating Alkalizing fruit during the winter. Cheers.

I have never really thought of myself as a Vegan let alone a vegetarian but after reading this post, and assessing my own diet, I am starting to see that I eat a more Vegan centered diet. I eat fruits and juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have held back on the high cholesterol foods such as meats and cheeses. I can honestly say that I have felt better and will continue to try to eat a more Vegetarian centered life. I do like fish so I can't give that up too soon. :)

Anything that helps beat Cancer is good for me. I have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables more anyway, and now that I know that they can help with Cancer I will make sure to buy a few more Cantalopes. :)

I may have to try out the extreme cleanse. I had no idea that these foods you listed above had such beneficial effects. I will need to go to the supermarket and stock up on grapes, watermelon and Celery.

Eating Alkaline foods seems so easy. When I first started reading I thought I would have to look for some exotic fruit or vegetable at the local health store. Count me in. I am all about curing or killing cancer. This seems like such an easy and inexpensive way to do it as well. I will make sure to buy an extra watermelon this week at the store for our picnic this weekend, the more watermelon the merrier in our family, and besides it tasting great it will help us fight cancer. I was going to grab a burger and fry today for lunch, but maybe I will stop by the supermarket and pick up a few pears and an apple juice. This was really a wake-up call for me, I know fruits and vegetable were good but if they can kill cancer consider me a sold. Best Regards.

I've just had a flash of inspiration. I already know some of these concepts, but in the day by day life i took an unhealthy style of eating, looking maybe at cash...while the most affordable cancer treatments are just these things, try to stay away from cancer with a alkaline foods.

To beat cancer, I always thought that healthy eating was important. This hub shows me that we are what we eat, and I will do even more attention from now having.
